Mynaric is seeking an experienced professional in
Customs, Logistics, and End to End Delivery to own the complete
postproduction journey of our Optical Heads—from factory exit through testing, quality release, customs clearance, and final proof-of-delivery at customer sites. You will synchronize cross functional teams, eliminate customs delays, reduce logistics costs, and ensure every shipment arrives exactly when promised and fully compliant with global regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. End to End Delivery Fulfillment & Internal Flow Coordination - Maintain alignment between Production, Testing, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service on delivery priorities and timelines; chair daily/weekly huddles and visual management boards.
- Resolve bottlenecks quickly, escalating resource or capacity constraints to keep deliveries on track.
- Own delivery KPIs (On Time Delivery, DIFOT) and provide proactive status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee ERP (SAP) work‑order closure and automated document generation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO certificates, export licenses).
2. Leadership Customs Clearance & Trade Compliance - Own the customs clearance process for all inbound and outbound shipments—covering customs entries, Intrastat declarations, bonded warehouse transfers.
- Liaise with customs brokers and authorities to resolve holds within hours and prevent recurrences through root‑cause analysis.
- Maintain and continuously improve our Internal Compliance Program (ICP) and AEO/C‑TPAT certifications.
- Implement duty‑saving schemes (FTA utilization, IPR/OPR, duty drawback) and track realized savings.
3. Global Logistics & Freight Management - Manage international and domestic shipments (finished goods, prototypes, spares, raw materials); select and negotiate freight forwarders, integrators, and 3PLs.
- Monitor freight KPIs (on‑time, lead‑time, cost) and lead logistics cost‑reduction programs—route optimization, consolidation, Incoterms strategy.
4. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization- Map current delivery, customs, and logistics processes; identify bottlenecks and deploy Lean/Six‑Sigma improvements.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Act as the single point of contact for all delivery, customs, and logistics topics—internally and with external partners.
- Provide periodic cost, compliance, and delivery performance reporting to leadership; build business cases for strategic logistics investments.
