What awaits you at Mynaric
- Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an eƯicient workflow. Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards.
- Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES.
- Use basic oƯice software (Microsoft OƯice, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
What you bring with you
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team.
- Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610).
- Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others.
