What awaits you at Mynaric
- Provide leadership for the Warehouse and Logistics team. Allocate human and physical resources to ongoing projects, resolve resource conflicts, ensure good coordination and provide reporting as required.
- You communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel to understand and define needs, gather and analyze data, and recommend solutions.
- Be very proactive in creating synergies with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution, clear roadblocks and achieve efficiencies.
- Provide disciplinary leadership: Manage and motivate the team, monitor execution, manage performance, decide on recruitment, promotions and salary reviews. Ensure that the size of the team and the skills available are in line with the company’s business objectives. Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment where people can perform at their best.
- Contribute to the development of processes. Ensure that existing company processes, best practices and quality standards are maintained and developed to keep pace with industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with problem solving and technical challenges.
What you bring with you
-
- Minimum 5 years’ of practical experience in the relevant field.
- You have managed at least 3-4 direct reports in the past and have 2 years’ experience with performance reviews and people management in a Purchasing and/or Warehouse capacity.
- You have successfully completed training or further training as a warehouse logistics specialist / warehouse manager or a related profession.
- You are familiar with logistical processes in high-tech companies and have ideally enjoyed additional customs-relevant training.
- You are characterized by a reliable, structured and independent way of working.
- You are an absolute team player and are interested in helping to shape a growing area.
- You are interested in lean methods and want to get stuck in.
- You have a valid driving license (at least class B).
- Good German and English skills complete your profile
