Oversee procurement of office supplies and digital services, incl. inventory.
Coordinate business travel, support trade fair participation, and organize internal and external meetings.
Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation within relevant systems.
Manage feedback processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines across the remote team.
Support with tenders by organizing necessary compliance documents.
