... create overviews of tasks, deadlines and dependencies within the projects
... be the contact person for project status and deadline issues within the team

... have initial experience in an organizational project environment
... are confident in using common MS Office tools and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, OpenProject, Jira or similar)

... are very responsible and work in a solution-oriented manner
... have a good sense of time, hands-on mentality, planning skills and strong communication skills
... are fluent in written and spoken English and German
