We are looking for a Revenue Operations ( RevOps) Analyst / GTM Engineer to join our Revenue and Field Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive scalable, data-driven go-to-market execution.
This is a highly impactful role focused on building, optimizing, and automating the systems and processes that power pipeline generation, sales execution, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in connecting data across the funnel, improving data quality, and enabling the business with actionable insights and tools.

Main responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of GTM data and how it connects across the full revenue lifecycle (lead → opportunity → revenue → retention)
Own and improve data quality, including pipeline hygiene, contact/account data, and overall CRM integrity
Build and maintain scalable reporting and dashboards to support pipeline generation, sales performance, and business insights
Perform ad hoc analyses across multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce, product data, marketing systems) to inform decision-making
Design and implement workflows, automations, and process improvements within the GTM tech stack
Collaborate with Systems/Technical teams to define requirements and enhance tooling and integrations
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance data enrichment and analysis
Proactively identify gaps in processes or data and recommend solutions that drive measurable impact
Ideal profile:
2+ years of experience in an analytical/technical GTM role
Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including reporting, data models, and process design
Familiarity with modern GTM tools and data platforms (e.g., Clay, Databricks, Gong, Outreach, etc.) — experience with these is a strong plus
Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, enrichment platforms) to improve workflows and productivity
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
Ability to think critically and connect data to business context and outcomes
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering a plus
