The Past: Uberall was founded in 2013 by David Federhen and Florian Hübner, two longtime friends with a vision to improve customer experience across the online and offline worlds. They created a platform that connected companies with local customers in the digital-first moment.

About the role
We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy and hands-on Working Student in IT to join our awesome team at Uberall! You’ll help us keep our IT operations running smoothly—from managing laptops and user accounts to testing out cool new tools. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, learning by doing, and being part of a friendly, international team, we’d love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Keeping our IT systems and networks up and running—installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining them
- Being the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Setting up new joiners with accounts and equipment so they can hit the ground running
- Repairing or replacing equipment when needed
- Trying out new technologies and sharing what you learn with the team
- Helping us stay secure by supporting risk assessments and teaching others about IT best practices
- Jumping in on IT projects—whatever is needed!
Your Profile:
- You’re currently enrolled at a university or technical college in Germany (bonus points for something tech-related!)
- You’re based in Berlin or nearby—most tasks need to be done onsite
- You’ve got a solid understanding of macOS and ideally some knowledge of local networks and IT infrastructure
- You know your way around tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365, maybe even MDMs like Jamf or Kandji
- You’re motivated, organized, and like to work in a structured way—even in a dynamic environment
- You’re independent, but you also know when it’s time to ask for input or sync with other teams
- You’re fluent in English—German is a nice extra, but not a must
