Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Talent at Uberall leads the Centre of Expertise for Talent. This pivotal role is a key collaborator and thought partner in shaping Uberall's overall People and Talent strategy. You will own and create the Talent Management and Talent Development philosophy and roadmap, executing core initiatives such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Talent Development, and global talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will provide tools, resources, and strategic consultation to the broader HR community and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Vision and Strategy & Leadership

  • Provide strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations on Uberall’s Integrated Talent, Performance, and People Development initiatives to align with strong business outcomes and People and Culture Strategy
  • Lead the successful implementation and measurement of Integrated Talent Management.
  • Directly manage and coach four direct reports.

Organisational Effectiveness:

  • Build an integrated Talent Management model to support organisational decisions.
  • Champion strategic talent management across all levels of the organisation by effectively influencing key stakeholders.
  • Engage and collaborate with business leaders, People Operations, and HR Business
  • Partners on Talent Management initiatives.
  • Define and lead an agile and scalable talent management strategy, working closely with HRBPs.
  • Utilise data to identify workforce capability gaps and shape a future-looking talent management strategy.
  • Implement strategies and programs to develop and retain talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Lead Talent Reviews to identify top talent and facilitate succession planning.
  • Monitor and report on the success of talent management initiatives.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design, administer, and oversee the global employee engagement survey.
  • Analyse survey results to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations on survey findings for executive leadership.
  • Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Learning & Development

  • Design and support programs to deliver management training, leadership development, and coaching.
  • Develop Uberallers through competency development, career-path planning, and targeted learning strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through metrics and feedback

Performance Management:

  • Conceptualize a modern performance management framework and continuously improve it.
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers on effective feedback, coaching, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure effective performance management practices.

Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding Oversight:

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition, including hiring and Uberall’s Employer Brand.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition Partners to support the growth of the TA team.
  • Instil a continuous improvement mindset in TA processes to deliver speed and quality of talent.
  • Drive global hiring efforts with a focus on Tech talent and building hubs in key locations.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and optimise hiring strategies
