Job Description:

• Line sustaining, ensuring KRAs are met, and the process is running in accordance with documented specifications, control, and standards.
• Maintain specifications up to date with recent changes.
• Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions
• Implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the process is high quality, efficient, productive, and cost-effective.
• Perform product, process, and material evaluation and/or qualification to further expand the business or as directed by the Business Unit counterparts.
• Act as liaison between local sites and the BUs located across the globe.
• Work with internal and external customers to meet product requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, those in process engineering will have an advantage.
• Written and verbal communication experience with local and foreign nationals.
• Basic statistical tool application and Office applications.
• Experience with quality control tools (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, etc.)
• With training in PDCA and Six Sigma certification is an advantage but not required.
