ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a key technical resource for the HR function, supporting and optimizing the UKG suite and other HR systems. Working with minimal supervision, this role is responsible for system configuration, reporting and analytics, integrations, and process improvements. You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, Benefits, and Finance teams to enhance system functionality, ensure data integrity, and deliver strategic insights through dashboards and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a subject matter expert on UKG Pro modules (e.g., Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, LMS, UTM) and other HRIS platforms.
- Configure, test, and implement system enhancements, workflows, and new features to meet evolving business needs.
- Design, build, and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations, including APIs and vendor interface files.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HRIS platforms and processes.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and issue resolution for HR-related systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Mentor less experienced team members and share expertise across the HRIS function.
- Support system audits and provide data as needed for regulatory compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of progressive HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Pro (including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, LMS, and UTM).
- Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro’s reporting tools and security model.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, Cognos, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of HCM data structures, integrations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
