Maxar has a contingent need for an Technical Fusion Analyst on our team at a customer site in Reston, VA. In this role you will be part of a talented team using various sources of data against challenging, high visibility and high impact projects.

Technical Fusion analysts will work closely with imagery analysts, engineers, geologists, and technologists to answer intelligence requirements and streamline processes.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:

  • Comfortable researching reporting, viewing imagery, and fusing all source methodologies to understand intelligence issues

  • Apply knowledge and experience using geospatial analytic methodologies and spatial thinking in ArcGIS to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trend

  • Conduct outreach to community experts and mission partners to maintain awareness of community activities impacting AOIs and mission requirements

  • Develop data pipelines, automation scripts, and innovate as needed to address mission requirements

  • Publish OSIR’s and finished intelligence reports in accordance with division SOP and agency standards

  • Share your expertise and collaborate with other analysts through leadership and mentoring

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI polygraph

  • 7 years of all source analysis experience

  • Experience exploiting and fusing multi-INT datasets, to include SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, IMINT, and GEOINT to perform network analysis, identify trends, and characterize AOI’s

  • Comprehensive understanding of various all source databases, modeling capabilities, simple coding, and how to leverage them to streamline processes

  • Must be a highly motivated, self-driven team player who can interact well with others and advise/consult with other team members and customers on multi-INT data-related issues and findings

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with geospatial and/or imagery software packages such as ArcGIS, ArcPro, RemoteView, Socet GXP, I-Spy or QGIS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help our customer understand their mission environment

  • Comprehensive understanding of various collection concepts, collection platforms and capabilities, to include misattribution

  • Advanced understanding of GIS and/or digital data formats.

  • Experience creating finished intelligence products and briefings based on exploratory findings

  • Possess the technical skill, knowledge, and experience to work with minimal oversight

  • Previous experience working a hard target mission

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$128,000.00 - $214,000.00 annually.
