Honey Homes is a membership service for homeowners that proactively handles everyday to-do’s, seasonal maintenance, and unexpected repairs. About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, full-cycle seller who thrives on ownership and knows how to turn curiosity into commitment. You’ll guide prospective members from first touch to activation — jumping on inbound leads, leading thoughtful discovery, running virtual walkthroughs, and closing annual memberships with confidence.

You’ll help build and evolve the playbook as we scale — using your instincts to tailor the experience for different audiences, testing new strategies to move each prospect toward activation, and collaborating with Field Ops to ensure every handoff is smooth and every new member feels set up for success

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly via phone, SMS, and email (goal: within 10 minutes)

  • Lead engaging discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s needs, share how Honey Homes can help, and what makes us so unique

  • Guide prospects through virtual walkthroughs to assess home needs and build an initial task list

  • Identify the ideal sales path — whether that’s closing directly, coordinating a virtual walk-thru, or recommending an in-home assessment

  • Partner with Field Ops to coordinate in-home assessments when needed

  • Close annual memberships, clearly setting expectations around scope, service, and what happens next

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (CRM)

  • Ensure a smooth handoff to post-sale operations and support your team in delivering an exceptional first visit

  • Share on-the-ground insights to improve messaging, tools, and member success

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales roles (home services, SaaS, or membership models a plus)

  • Proven closer who’s also a thoughtful guide and strong communicator

  • Consultative, confident, and curious — you ask smart questions and build trust quickly

  • Fast and responsive — you don’t leave leads hanging

  • Fluent in CRM (HubSpot preferred) and disciplined in pipeline management & hygiene.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable for your follow-ups and forecasts

  • Entrepreneurial at heart — you’re energized by ambiguity, quick to learn, and thrive in fast-moving environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it.

  • Conversion: You consistently turn qualified leads into happy, paying members

  • Speed: You follow up fast and shorten the time from first contact to close

  • Judgment: You know when to close virtually vs. loop in field support

  • Ownership: You stay with each prospect from start to finish

  • Hygiene: Your CRM pipeline is accurate, clean, and up to date

  • Collaboration: You partner with Field Ops and Member Success to set new members up for long-term value

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings: $102,000 (Blend of base + Uncapped Commission)
