The Role Description


As a product manager at Atrix AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AI-powered product roadmap. You’ll work across engineering, sales, and customer teams to drive seamless execution, rapid iteration, and customer success.

Your impact will be both strategic and hands-on—you’ll own the product roadmap, define prioritization frameworks, ensure high-quality engineering execution, and prototype features when necessary. You’ll be deeply embedded with customers, translating their needs into product insights that drive real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own the execution of the product roadmap – Define, prioritize, and ship impactful features, ensuring seamless alignment with engineering, sales, and leadership.

  • Act as the voice of the customer – Interface directly with enterprise clients, conduct user interviews, and synthesize feedback into product improvements.

  • Establish an efficient sprint cycle – Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution, resolve blockers, and drive high-quality releases.

  • Prototype & build – Dive into frontend code (React, TypeScript, or similar) as needed to rapidly test ideas, accelerate customer feedback loops, or assist sales demos.

  • Balance technical debt vs. feature velocity – Work closely with engineering to prioritize the right trade-offs between new capabilities and long-term scalability.

  • Shape product strategy & AI differentiation – Identify emerging customer needs, industry trends, and defensibility opportunities in AI/ML-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with GTM teams – Work alongside sales & marketing to refine messaging, enable customer success, and contribute to external product narratives.

  • Occasionally travel to customer sites for onboarding, user feedback sessions, and relationship-building.

Must haves

✔ 3+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles, ideally in B2B enterprise software

✔ Software engineering experience in the last 3-4 years (React, TypeScript, or similar preferred).

✔ Experience building B2B AI or data-centric products (SaaS, enterprise AI, or analytics platforms).

✔ Strong technical literacy – comfortable discussing APIs, ML models, and data infrastructure with engineers.

✔ Proven ability to drive the product development cycle (roadmap definition, feature prioritization, release management).

✔ Customer-focused and client-facing mindset – Skilled in conducting user interviews, supporting sales conversations, and demoing technical concepts, with the ability to extract insights from user feedback and refine UX accordingly.

✔ Be data-driven and define and track product metrics.

✔ Excellent written & verbal communication – clear, structured documentation, product specs, and stakeholder updates.

✔ Self-driven, proactive & adaptable – thrives in fast-moving startup environments with minimal oversight.

✔ Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Nice to haves

➕ Experience with backend services, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or vector databases.

➕ Background in solution engineering or technical sales (especially in enterprise settings).

➕ Healthcare, pharma, or life sciences experience.

➕ Hands-on experience with LLMs like fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, or prompt engineering is a plus.
