We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience to help us maximize customers’ positive experience, and help our clients succeed with our products. You will be driving onboarding and product adoption, providing in-depth consultancy, running automated email communication, and building long-term relationships with customers.

What you will do
  • Onboard new clients and deliver engaging technical product demos and training sessions.
  • Build strong relationships to help customers get maximum value from MapTiler products.
  • Design and execute customer engagement campaigns using email automation.
  • Monitor product usage, identify growth opportunities, and proactively prevent churn.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical features into practical business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and cooperate with product teams on implementing it.

What we expect from you
  • Strong verbal and written English (C1+).
  • Experience in SaaS, software onboarding, or technical customer success management.
  • Strong copywriting and email writing skills.
  • Data-informed mindset: you interpret usage trends and act on them.
  • Empathetic, positive, and proactive problem solver.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
  • You’re a proactive and energetic communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles.
  • You have experience with technical SaaS solutions and you are confident discussing maps, geodata, and software solutions.
  • You’ve already used a couple of CRM and email automation tools (like Hubspot, Mautic, or similar).
  • You're able to convey complex ideas simply and tailor your communication to different audiences.
  • You care about long-term customer success, not just quick wins.
  • You’re organized, analytical, and comfortable with product usage data and KPIs.

Nice to have
  • Experience with web mapping or GIS tools.
  • Experience with agile development.
  • Experience in B2B sector.
  • Being based in Brno.
  • Another foreign language.
