What you will do
Sole responsibilities:
ā¢ Facility management
ā¢ Office maintenance
ā¢ Swiss events & team spirit boosting
ā¢ Administrative tasks
Shared tasks:
ā¢ Expenses management and reporting
ā¢ Payroll processing
ā¢ Purchases
ā¢ Events management
What we expect from you
ā¢ Attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to work independently
ā¢ Basic to advanced Excel knowledge
ā¢ German (C1+) & English (B2+)
ā¢ Resistance to stress
ā¢ Precision, consistency and good work organization
ā¢ A team player who collaborates on a common outcome
Nice to have
ā¢ Previous experience from a similar role
ā¢ Czech language

ā¢ Hourly fixed salary based on your experience
ā¢ Annual personal performance bonus (can be multiples of your monthly salary)
