Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Global Marketing Director to lead our worldwide marketing initiatives. As a key leader in our marketing team, you will oversee and drive the comprehensive marketing strategy for Manufacturo, positioning our platform for success in markets across the globe.

In this role, you will manage an established marketing team composed of a Sr. Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, Web Developer, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Expert. This team will support you as you develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy that drives growth, builds brand awareness, and accelerates lead generation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of an integrated marketing strategy for Manufacturo that drives market penetration and customer acquisition across global markets.
  • Manage and Mentor the Marketing Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to an existing team of skilled marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and supporting individual growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a unified strategy that supports product positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning: Regularly monitor global markets to optimize brand positioning, competitive advantage, and lead-generation activities.
  • Customer Relationships and Retention: Develop strategies that not only attract new customers but also deepen relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and long-term retention.
  • Lead Marketing Processes and Establish Standards: Create and enforce best practices in marketing operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and adaptability across various regions.
  • Training and Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding and training programs to ramp up new marketing team members quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive Leadership Experience in Software Marketing: 5+ years in an executive marketing role, ideally within a software environment, with a strong preference for experience in startups or rapidly growing tech companies.
  • Proven Record in SaaS Marketing: Hands-on experience running end-to-end marketing for SaaS platforms, with deep understanding of user engagement, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing marketing strategies that target diverse, international audiences, navigating cultural nuances and regional market dynamics.
  • Manufacturing Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including production, logistics, quality, and maintenance, is highly desirable.
  • Collaborative and Communicative: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams to create coordinated marketing and product experiences.
  • Analytical and Results-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and implement insights to drive performance and results.
  • Willingness to Travel: This role requires 25% travel to maintain a strong global presence and foster key relationships.

Location

The position can be based in one of our office locations in Krakow, Poland or Brea, California, or performed remotely. The candidate should be aware that they will be managing a marketing team spread across the U.S. and Poland, requiring coordination to schedule meetings effectively across time zones.
