The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team in El Segundo. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants to gain hands-on experience across digital, events, and content. You’ll support day-to-day marketing execution, help manage campaigns, and work closely with leadership to build Magenta’s brand presence.
At Magenta, we’re AI-first—and we expect our Marketing Coordinator to be the same. That means using AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, draft content, analyze performance data, and bring creativity to life faster than traditional teams.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.
Use AI tools to draft and refine content (social posts, blogs, case studies, presentations).
Coordinate events and trade shows (logistics, collateral, lead capture).
Manage updates to the website and marketing materials.
Track campaign performance, using AI tools for analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on messaging and materials.
Explore and adopt new AI-driven marketing tools and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, or similar).
Comfort experimenting with AI tools to speed up marketing work.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability and commitment to work full-time in our El Segundo, CA office.
