Reporting to the Director, Information Security the Senior Information Security Architect will work with cross functional teams to advise and build security solutions across the Lytx ecosystem. This role expands the Lytx Security program by contributing to the design and implementation of security controls, and automation frameworks and use of Agentic AI to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of Lytx’s data and information systems. The position is an incredible opportunity for anyone passionate about building security by design and who enjoys working on complex technical challenges.

You’ll Get To:

• Design, document and communicate the security needs for cloud native information systems, networks, and applications
• Provide security expertise within the team and to interdisciplinary stakeholders related guidance and oversight of secure solution designs
• Function as an enterprise security subject matter expert (SME) on secure by design on Enterprise scale to explain complex likelihood and impact of exploitation of security defects
• Support and guide the implementation of systems, network and applications designs in AWS in support of the compliance and risk management functions
• Support and SME expertise for governance risk and compliance

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant information security certifications such as ISSAP – Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Associate and AWS Certified Security – Specialty are preferred
• Ability to design secure, scalable enterprise architectures
• Ability to define security reference architectures and patterns
• Ability to apply defense‑in‑depth and zero trust principles
• Ability to translate requirements and risk into security controls projects
• Past experience performing threat modeling and security risk design reviews
• Knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of controls required by best practice, compliance standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, CIS 18 and SOC 2.
• Extensive experience working multi-cloud environments /distributed enterprise SaaS
• Experience working with AI, LLMs and multimodal systems.
• Experience with IoT products and/or application security preferred
