We’re looking for a Senior Product Sales Enablement Manager to empower our go-to-market teams with the product knowledge, messaging, and coaching they need to effectively position and sell Lytx’s rapidly evolving product portfolio. In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you’ll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales —translating complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric value messaging.
You’ll own our Product Sales Enablement Strategy and execution for new product launches, competitive positioning, sales pitching and demo capabilities, ensuring our revenue teams are confident, informed, and aligned.

As a Senior Product Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll design and deliver engaging product enablement training, coaching, and insights to help improve seller productivity and effectiveness. This role will have the opportunity to:
Lead Go-to-Market Product Enablement: Drive the development and delivery of enablement strategies for new product and feature launches, ensuring timely and impactful adoption across sales teams.
Create Compelling Sales Product Enablement Content: Partner with Product Marketing to create and maintain enablement assets (battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, etc.) that help teams articulate value and differentiation.
Own Field Product Readiness: Design and facilitate training programs, certifications, and learning paths through live sessions and LMS platforms to ensure field product readiness.
Be the Voice of the Field: Gather feedback from sellers and clients to continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
Coach Messaging & Pitching: Serve as a go-to authority on product positioning, core messaging, and storytelling. Help refine and coach sales teams on everything from concise elevator pitches to in-depth, value-based presentations—ensuring consistency, confidence, and impact at every stage of the sales cycle.
Optimize the Product Demo Experience: Own the strategy and execution for our demo environment and train sales teams on delivering compelling, value-driven demos that resonate with buyers.
Measure Impact: Use data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
Qualifications:
10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing.
Industry experience in video safety and telematics.
Proven success supporting and coaching sales teams in a complex, solution-selling environment.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for translating technical features into business value.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to create engaging, outcome-driven training content for Sellers.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Proficiency with enablement and training tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Seismic, LMS platforms)

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
