Senior Order Management Specialist

The Senior Order Management Specialist will be a key contributor to the Order Management team, focusing on the accuracy of client contracts and improving the order process. This role will partner with Clients Success, Sales and Operations leadership to set standards and assist in training the Order Management team.
You’ll Get To:
• Develop SOPs for new client contracts and contractual changes for standard and custom agreements
• Drive improvements to processes as needed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead the resolution of complex or novel problems, by using creativity and judgement, to convert custom solutions to standards and developing training for OM, Sales and Client Success as needed
• Assess order management team to determine necessary training, provide feedback to leaders on individual & team performance to increase quality and efficiency
• Reviews all quotes, ensuring contracts and deal structure follow the approved business guidelines and department SLAs as well as creating non-standard documents in line with company policies
• Work cross-functionally to accomplish Lytx and team goals & outcomes while ensuring success for both internal and external customers
• Develop quality standards and outcomes throughout the quote to cash program with the goal of eliminating client-facing errors and meeting business requirements and optimizing resources
• Manage all internal and cross-functional projects independently while providing quality updates to leadership teams
What You’ll Need:
• 4+ years of client operations and/or project management experience.
• Proven track record supporting Order Management in the Quote to Cash setting and helping to drive operational scale while achieving results within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced user Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
• Experience creating complex contracts in a SaaS environment
• Experience drafting training documentation focusing on process improvement
• Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to influence results.
• Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor Degree in a business, operations or engineering discipline preferred.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
