Senior Director, Talent & Operations

Lytx is seeking a strategic and operationally oriented Senior Director of Human Resources who will lead and manage several key areas of the HR function, including Talent Management and Acquisition, Employee Communications, People Operations (HRIS, HR Shared Services), Employee Relations and Total Rewards. As a key member of the leadership team, this leader will work in close partnership with the HR business partner teams and the executive team to enhance and develop integrated HR programs aligned with Lytx’s culture and operating environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment with a proven track record of HR leadership, a customer and business-oriented approach, and a passion for working collaboratively to achieve positive organizational outcomes. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Provide overall leadership to drive a consistent talent management and development agenda to ensure successful talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, management and leadership development, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Execute an appropriate market competitive compensation and benefits strategy that maintains fairness and incentivizes behaviors that align with our values. The rewards program will enable the company to hire, develop, and retain the talent necessary to meet/exceed strategic and operating objectives.
- Drive Change Management acumen, adoption, and execution with HR and business leaders through education, tools and resources, and coaching. Ensure Change Management support for company-wide business changes impacting employees.
- Use data and analytics to produce data driven insights across the talent lifecycle that inform strategic decision making; leverage an analytical framework to measure success of talent initiatives, inclusive of change management.
- Support business strategy and objectives and enable a return on people investment through partnership with HR and business leaders to understand leadership and talent lifecycle needs, develop plans/processes to resolve business/organizational issues and to construct solutions aligned to strategy.
- Continue to refine and enhance Standard Operating Procedures and employee communications to ensure organizational alignment, clarity of expectations, and employee engagement.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in People/Human Resources leadership in a fast-paced, global, ever-changing environment.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a global workforce to achieve results.
- Breadth of HR experience with a broad understanding of technical and functional components of HR, including performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, culture building, career development, recruiting, HR compliance and operations, HRIS, employee communications, and learning and development.
- Experience with hiring, attracting, and scaling an excellent, global HR team.
- Proven record of accomplishment with program implementation, strategic planning, and managing across multiple important priorities. Ability to analyze data including metrics for employee engagement, talent acquisition and turnover to drive decision making.
- Demonstrated experience with identifying risks/challenges, providing solutions, resolving risks/challenges, and overcoming hurdles to drive results.
- Track record of effectively consulting and partnering with business leaders including but not limited to leading people strategies, working with highly sensitive data.
- High energy, results-oriented, with a resourceful mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and transformation initiatives by winning the respect of peers and teams and leveraging positive influence skills.
- Blended experience working within larger companies with scalable HR systems and processes combined with the comfort and expertise as a working leader in smaller PE backed businesses.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
