Our team is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst who will work with internal customers to determine the go-forward approach for non-standard deals. Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills will help in assessing proposals and influencing decisions. What You'll Do:

• Recommend strategic deal structures on non-standard deals applying an assortment of knowledge including but not limited to our Price Book, billing models and customer history

• Partner with all areas of the business such as Sales, Legal, Order Management, Customer Success and Accounting to support the contract negotiation process, audit customer accounts, build quotes and invoices when needed and explain differentiating factors for individual proposals

• Work closely with Order Management to determine the recommended customer account set up in Salesforce

• Develop models in Excel to support analysis and strategy for individual cases

• Identify and help implement process improvements

• Other duties and projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of proven experience in an analytical role+ years of proven experience in an analytical role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to analyze information and apply professional judgment to resolve complex problems, providing recommendations and potential outcomes and options for the business to consider

• Ability to develop relationships, partner, communicate and influence across different the business groups

• Demonstrates a high level of initiative, curiosity and drive with powerful attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize individual workload while also collaborating with team members on cross-functional projects

• MS Suite proficiency required including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• General understanding or working knowledge of contracts a plus

• Salesforce & NetSuite experience a plus

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:
