Come be a part of our team, as we continue to grow in LATAM! We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, focusing on strategic deals and opportunities involving over 500 vehicles. You'll use a consultative approach, working closely with partners and internal teams to drive deal success. You'll act as a project manager for assigned projects, collaborating with support, product, and territory sales managers to ensure partner and client satisfaction. You'll Get To:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and partners
Identify opportunities for account growth and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (product, solutions engineering, support, and marketing) to deliver tailored solutions to clients and partners
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client needs are met
Manage and oversee project implementation for assigned deals.
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress
Work directly with senior management and territory managers to align on strategic initiatives
Define customer project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in Enterprise account management and B2B sales
2+ years of experience in project management or a consultative role, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the telematics or technology industry is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
