Why Lytx:

As an experienced QA Engineer, you’ll work with industry-leading Fleet Tracking Software, which manages massive amounts of video and data collected from over 600,000 vehicles worldwide. At Lytx, you’ll work to validate a cutting-edge technology that improves safety and helps save lives on our roadways.

You will be responsible for leading validation activities for Lytx products and its features. You will also design and implement automation tests of our product features to increase product quality and efficiency. Doesn’t that sound exciting?

You’ll Get To:

• Responsible for validating new Lytx products and its features. This includes defining new tests , performing the tests, and summarizing them in a report.
• Responsible for bugs/issues reproduction and investigation
• Work directly with software and product teams on test plan reviews, bugs investigations and product requirements issues.
• Work and collaborate as an integral part of a worldwide QA team based in India, US and Israel
• You will take part in designing and developing automation tests both on web portals and device features and functionality
• Work directly with DevOps, Automation, RnD , QA and product teams on automation related issues
• Work with global automation scrum team according to Agile software development methodology

What You’ll Need:

• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands on experience with E2E APIs, UI and device testing – big advantage
• Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture – big advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in automation tests using TypeScript, JavaScipt, Python coding languages
• Familiarity with Bitbucket , Git and JIRA
• Good knowledge of object-oriented design practices and patterns – Nice to have
• Design and development experience with cloud and device automation tests
• Knowledge of Linux fundamentals and scripting
• Agile software development experience.
• Experience with Playwright testing framework – nice to have
• Experience with Jenkins, Jenkinfiles – nice to have
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
