You'll Get To:

  • Lead the development of Event Review configuration models to improve cost and accuracy to meet desired business objectives. (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).

  • Take business needs and translate them into requirements, submit business requirements to development teams and act as the program manager from submission, execution, and deployment on behalf of our event review team and business partners

  • Lead the creation and deployment of analytical analysis for short and long-term strategies, provide insights and recommendations to cross functional stakeholders for decision making.

  • Lead risk analysis to understand impact of planned to approved changes that touch the event review functions, this includes changes to our products, tools, systems, data repositories & structures, workflows, and financials

  • Develop and communicate model driven analysis/solutions that drives Event Review strategies to our Outsourced Partners, Development Teams, Finance and Operations Executives teams for existing company fleets, vehicle types, events triggers and more

  • Review and analyze quantitative historical data, device improvements, demand drivers, and feature changes with cross functional partners. Prepare data, statistical models, and evaluate results based on current and future changes.

  • Lead cross-functional research to identify improvements to device capture trigger rate for customer fleets contracted with Lytx

  • Lead the creation of reporting on Tableau to support partners and Lytx teams support our Event Review and Provisioning Teams

  • Lead our Recorder calibration program that is responsible to maintain accuracy of recorder events. This includes all partner work instructions, reporting, analysis, executive reviews, and program changes based on new product developments.

  • Act as SME with internal partners and clients concerning setting management questions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7 years experience in a data analyst, business intelligence or equivalent role

  • Ability to demonstrates in-depth Event Review setting knowledge, understanding of recorder device settings and knowledge of driver safety programs

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional departments from individual contributors to executives to influence and drive business outcomes with analytics

  • Persuasive analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficient with SQL

  • Proficient with Tableau

  • Highly Skilled Project/Program Management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Demonstrated Experience in working with Product Development, Engineering other technical teams

  • Demonstrated Experience in working on cross-functionals teams what include sales, operations, customer care and other client facing organizations

  • Experience in working with outsourced domestic and international partners that provide manufacturing services, forward & reverse logistics and inventory management a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of work experience as an analysis

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$94,500.00 - $119,500.00
