Our technology will enable all 8 billion people on the planet to stay connected with the existing standard phone in their pocket. Everywhere. No matter what.
By joining Lynk, you will have the opportunity to directly touch the lives of billions. Your mission will be to bring mobile broadband to billions, pull hundreds of millions out of poverty, and save countless lives.
Join Us to Help Connect the World! We are hiring Software Engineer interns currently enrolled in a BS, Masters, or PhD program across the following disciplines: computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, and other STEM- related fields. If you have a passion for tackling unique software challenges and an interest in space systems, we'd love to hear from you!
Internship on the Telecommunications Team
At Lynk, there are a variety of opportunities available. This Software Engineering intern position is with our Telecommunications team, the core group responsible for developing the software that enables our
satellites to communicate directly with standard mobile devices. You will be responsible for working autonomously and collaboratively on critical software development projects central to our mission.
As a software engineering intern on this team, you won't just be fixing bugs
but contributing to designing, implementing, and testing the systems that manage our global network. Since Lynk is responsible for designing, building, testing, and operating satellites through the full life cycle, you will be exposed to every phase involved in getting satellites into orbit and flying them. We seek multidisciplinary technical talent to enhance the software at the heart of our communications network, with a focus on building robust testing frameworks and automation, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and creating advanced tools for system integration and performance analysis.
