We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to help us create the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment.
In this role, you will lead technical projects, manage customer and partner interactions, streamline development processes, and ensure successful execution of multiple engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and eager to contribute to the overall success of the company and the realization of our mission to enable a sustainable human presence in space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide technical development while engaging with various technical discipline leads
on spaceflight robotics programs
- Manage customer relationships including NASA and other government agencies
- Manage key
strategic partnerships for program success
- Manage project budget, resources
and risks, and ensure timely
project delivery
- Lead project execution by developing project proposals, plans and schedules, and establishing project goals and objectives
- Communicate project statuses, issues, reports, and resolutions to important stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and requirements and manage risk mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in
project & program management
- 5+ years leading technical teams
- Technical background in aerospace, robotics, or mobility systems
- Proficiency in various project management tools, similar to Jira
- Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines
- Team oriented, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Robotic mobility and/or automotive industry experience
- PMP Certification
- Master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Familiarity with government contracts, grant-funded projects, or regulatory compliance
