What we look for
Mission-Driven Problem Solvers. The aerospace frontier demands ingenuity. We want engineers who approach challenges with curiosity, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and stay focused on delivering the best solution for the mission.
Total Ownership. We seek engineers who take full responsibility for delivering flight-ready work while recognizing that no one succeeds alone. The best engineers make their teammates better, knowing that complementary skills create force multiplication and drive mission success.
Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide focused, high-impact administrative support with an emphasis on travel support & coordination, executive scheduling, HQ visitor facilitation, and internal meeting and event support. This role requires a calm, self-directed professional who is comfortable operating independently with minimal day-to-day oversight and who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and flexibility. The position supports a highly variable workload: there will be periods of high activity, including travel sprints that may require extended or off-hours availability, balanced by less intensive weeks with limited demands. Success in this role comes from being adaptable, composed, and reliable; able to step in decisively when needed while remaining comfortable with autonomy and less direction when the pace is light. This role is best suited for someone who values stability, consistency, and execution excellence, and who is motivated by enabling others to perform at their best rather than high touch and constant engagement.

- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, manage expense reports, and provide other general assistance as required
- Serve as a liaison for external partners and internal teams for scheduling.
- Ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations.
- Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects.
- Coordinate logistics for external meetings, including decks and agendas
- Assist the executive team on long-term projects and strategic initiatives.

- Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
- Solution-oriented with good judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion
