Lead Product Manager - Customer Engagement/Revenue Operations Systems
Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.
Logos is led by a team of highly experienced engineers with proven track records in the networking and satellite industries.
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Logos Space is building a secure, resilient, and modern enterprise network from the ground up, extending from terrestrial infrastructure to in-space systems. We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and definition of the systems we need to run the business around our services and terminals. These systems enable customers to engage with their services through all stages of the customer lifecycle, to enable capacity planning and reservations, and to support revenue operations and deal desk.
In this role, you will form a deep understanding of customer needs and how to best meet those needs with the right systems and interfaces. You will bridge that understanding with engineering capabilities, vendor capabilities and financial targets to define a complete set of systems that delight customers, are within Logos execution bandwidth and will enable financial success for Logos. You will determine the best strategy to develop and/or purchase and deploy those systems and you will drive that strategy and define the requirements for those systems.
You will bring structure to ambiguity, relentlessly acquire data to inform our customer engagement systems and roadmap, and drive alignment from service definition to deployment. The right candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by hard technical challenges, and can translate customer needs into product requirements that drive exceptional outcomes.
If you are motivated by solving difficult problems, translating customer needs into great services, and working collaboratively with development teams to deliver those services, then you may be the right fit for this role.
