Senior Executive Administrator (Mountain View Location)

Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.

Logos is led by a team of highly experienced engineers with proven track records in the networking and satellite industries.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Executive Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in supporting executives who operate at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring alignment with business priorities

  • Manage executive email inboxes, including drafting responses, flagging priorities, and ensuring timely follow-up

  • Create draft materials for meetings, presentations, and internal and external communications

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting

  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners

  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on key initiatives

  • Support planning and execution of internal meetings, offsites, and events

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Basic Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 8-10+ years of proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior

leadership in a large-scale or high-growth startup environment

  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities. Must have exceptional skills in this area.

  • Experience managing executive communications, including email and presentations

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong operational execution with attention to detail

  • Ability to operate independently and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of discretion and judgment

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, and calendar management

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Experience working with technical or engineering teams

  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of autonomy

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Proactively manages and protects executive time, including structuring calendars to allow for focused work blocks (approximately 10 to 12 hours per week)

  • Optimizes meeting cadence and flow, incorporating efficient scheduling practices (for example 55-minute meetings, built-in breaks, and thoughtful transitions between meetings)

  • Ensures lunch time is either protected or intentionally scheduled for purposeful internal or external meetings

  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy, taking verbal direction and independently managing calendar changes, priorities, and shifting schedules in real time

  • Coordinates complex travel arrangements, including booking, adjustments, and real-time rebooking as needed

  • Completes expense reporting accurately and in a timely manner

  • Supports planning and execution of team events and offsites

  • May support broader operational needs, such as office coordination or management, depending on business needs

Estimated Base Salary

$155,000 - $180,000 per year

Your level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
