As a DevOps Cloud Engineer, you'll work on the DevOps team, helping to spearhead the technological advancement and operational excellence of our systems. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the robustness, reliability, and continuous improvement of our systems, thereby contributing to the success of our mission-critical endeavors.

Mission Objectives

  • Design, implement, and maintain Continuous CICD pipelines in GitLab for deployments to Azure and GCP environments.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to understand project requirements and implement effective CICD solutions.
  • Configure and optimize CICD workflows to ensure fast and reliable software delivery.
  • Ensure CICD pipelines adhere to FedRAMP, Secret, and Top Secret security requirements and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICD pipelines, build failures, and deployment errors.
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Define and manage Terraform configurations to provision and manage cloud resources in Azure and GCP environments.

Mission Mandates

  • Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a DoD or Intelligence Community Top Secret background investigation with at least 3 years of eligibility remaining or CE status; and SCI eligibility with current experience in SCI programs, other control systems, and/or Special Access Programs

Mission Credentials

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud Ecosystems, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage its diverse array of services.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Kubernetes clusters, ensuring their efficient operation and scalability.
  • Proven track record of releasing and running services in multi-cloud environments, adept at navigating complexities and optimizing performance across various platforms.
  • Strong background in supporting observability through tools such as Stackdriver, Cloudwatch, ELK, and Prometheus, enabling comprehensive monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, utilizing tools like Terraform, Cuelang, and Config-Connector to provision and manage infrastructure resources efficiently.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, facilitating automated deployment and continuous integration processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in writing software to support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities, streamlining operational tasks and enhancing system reliability and resilience.
Per Colorado law, we are required to disclose the base compensation range for this role. This range is intentionally wide as we assess individuals based on their unique abilities and experience to find the best fit for our needs. Ultimately, your compensation will be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

$106,000$185,000 USD
