Job Description:

Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions? We're looking for a talented Product Analyst to play a crucial role in bringing product features to life. Join our hybrid-remote and dynamic cross-functional environment where you'll have the opportunity to influence outcomes, ensure product success, and work with a team of dedicated professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define Requirements: Facilitate the discovery of complex business requirements, gather information, and document processes for various aspects of product deployment. Collaborate across business units and work closely with Product Managers to define detailed requirements for product enhancements.

  • Validate Requirements: Ensure requirements are validated with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Product Development, QA, PMO, and other functional groups. Present requirements to senior-level management for validation.

  • Design Process: Participate in and strongly influence the development project team process, ensuring that product requirements and functionality are met. Monitor project progress, make trade-offs, allocate resources, and track financial data.

  • Documentation: Create user documentation, identify internal user and process requirements, and document solutions throughout the production cycle.

  • Production Readiness: Be the primary representative for Product Management in activities related to product development, testing, and roll-out. Manage day-to-day production activities, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training for internal groups.

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Typically requires 3 or more years of Business Analyst/Process Analyst or directly related experience.

  • 3 or more years of experience working with SQL (MS SQL), MS Excel, and Data visualization tools.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate questions.

  • Knowledge of general business operations and cost-benefit analysis.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in interacting with cross-functional teams and gaining consensus.

  • Standard MS software skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Extensive knowledge of client base and product offerings.
