Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Professional Human Resources, Leave Administrator
Responsibilities:
Oversee and administers leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, USERRA, and/or other federal/state-related leave acts for CoreLogic by:
Communicate with employees regarding their need for leave or modified schedules, providing information to employees and managers regarding their responsibility in the process and ensuring an understanding of the FMLA or appropriate leave guidelines
Ensure employee understands the role of the third-party vendor
Serving as a main point of contact and liaison for CoreLogic’s leave vendor
Running reports, monitoring, and tracking all FMLA leave requests, Eligibility Notices, requests for Certifications of Healthcare Providers, and Designation Notices, to ensure compliance requirements are met
Ensuring that FMLA exhaustion notifications, return to work dates, and other important notifications are timely and accurate between the vendor, employee, and manager
Coordinate with managers to develop modified work scheduling when necessary
Facilitate other leave requests, which may include accommodation requests under the ADA
Maintain knowledge of all applicable leva and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws
Collaborates with various administrative partners to help ensure seamless customer service, including, but not necessarily limited to:
Managers: to ensure managers are advised on the interactive process, company policy, and leave laws; as well as return to work process
Benefits Representatives: to ensure that employees have all information and resources needed for leave-related benefits such as disability or parental leave
Payroll Representatives: to help ensure that FMLA is accurately recorded in employee timesheets and that leave statuses are accurate in Workday
Employee Relations Representatives: to provide information that could play a part in employee behavioral/behavioral concerns; or if the interactive ADA process needs to be initiated
Risk: if an employee’s leave intersects with Workers Compensation

Job Qualifications:
Skills/Knowledge:
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and engaging customer service skills
2+ years experience administering leaves of absence; helpful to have CFRA experience
Demonstrable knowledge of federal FMLA, USERRA, and ADA
High degree of professionalism with ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
College degree preferred
Annual Pay Range:
