As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in upskilling & expanding the current BDR/SDR team and establishing a strong foundation for demand generation, ensuring our go-to-market efforts align with ambitious revenue targets.

Your challenge

Team Leadership & Growth

  • Lead, coach, and inspire an international team of 3 ambitious BDRs to exceed pipeline generation targets.

  • Create an empowering environment that fosters individual growth, accountability, and team success.

  • Act as a hiring manager for future team expansion, taking ownership of scaling the team in 2026 based on business needs.

Strategic Pipeline Development

  • Design and implement innovative pipeline generation strategies, closely collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams.

  • Identify and act on market trends, ICP insights, and campaign performance to continuously optimize outreach approaches.

  • Own quarterly planning and reporting for BDR pipeline goals.

Direct Pipeline Contribution

  • Lead by example by personally generating pipeline for one of our products.

  • Balance leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities, acting as both a strategist and an active frontline BDR.

  • Serve as a role model for best practices in prospecting, messaging, and experimenting, demonstrating the standards expected from the team.

Coaching & Enablement

  • Build and execute development plans for team members through regular training, shadowing, feedback sessions, and skill-building.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and curiosity by keeping the team informed of the latest outreach techniques, tools, and industry knowledge.

  • Track performance against KPIs, providing guidance and recognition to improve and celebrate individual and team success.

Tool Stack Management

  • Take ownership of the BDR team’s sales engagement and CRM tools / workflows (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist etc.).

  • Assess and improve tool usage, workflows, and integrations to enhance team productivity.

  • Collaborate with RevOps and IT to evaluate, implement, or sunset tools in alignment with GTM needs.

Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in enterprise B2B, with preferably 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.

  • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline as an IC.

  • Strong background in launching outbound programs, multichannel prospecting, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) alignment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales to ensure pipeline quality and conversion.

  • Skilled at motivating and coaching teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

  • Proficient in managing and optimizing sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for using data to guide decision-making and team performance.

  • Excellent communicator with fluency in English; experience in diverse, multicultural environments is a strong plus.
