Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.

The Supply Chain Business Analyst for Product Master Data is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of product and planning master data across Lime’s end-to-end supply chain. This role is critical to enabling reliable demand planning, effective inventory management, and timely execution across long-lead-time supply chains.

Spare parts availability, inventory investment, and service levels are directly driven by master data quality. This role serves as the single point of accountability for product master data used in supply chain planning and execution systems, ensuring that engineering changes, planning assumptions, and operational realities remain aligned as the business scales.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Repair Operations for Engineering Change Order (ECO) management, ensuring inventory-aware transitions between old and new SKUs to minimize stockouts and excess or obsolete inventory. The role also supports new product launches by ensuring product data is planning-ready and owns reporting and analytics related to product master data quality and lifecycle management.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross functional efforts to ensure the timely completion of product master data related to supply chain and procurement in the ERP and supply chain planning systems.

  • Own accuracy and maintenance of SKU and item master data across ERP and planning systems

  • Serve as primary point of contact for ECO management between Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Repair Operations

  • Manage SKU transition effectivity dates to minimize stockouts, stranded inventory, and E&O exposure

  • Support new product launches through timely product setup and data readiness

  • Ensure planning systems are aligned with current product structures and attributes

  • Monitor and report on product master data quality, lifecycle status, and impacts to availability

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve data issues affecting planning and execution

  • Other business analytics and reporting responsibilities as required

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • 3 -5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, master data management, or planning support roles

  • Hands-on experience managing item master data in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Experience supporting or coordinating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) or product lifecycle changes

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data issues and translate them into business impact

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Planning teams

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline in a fast-moving environment

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, while driving alignment across teams with competing priorities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning processes

  • Familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan or other advanced planning systems

  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI) or product launch processes

  • Knowledge of BOM structures, part effectivity, and lifecycle management concepts

  • Experience operating in multi-market or global supply chain environments

  • Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
