Lime is hiring a Sr Regional Manager of Logistics & Distribution to join our EU based team! In this role, you will report into the Director of Global Logistics & Distribution.

The person hired for this role must be able to easily and regularly travel to Lime's Rotterdam based warehouse.
What you’ll do:
Regularly assess the region’s operations, data and reporting needs alongside the Director of Global Logistics & Warehousing to collaboratively develop strategic goals and continuous improvement plans.
Oversee the team responsible for facilitating the import, export, and domestic distribution functions, continuously working to optimize fulfillment-to-delivery processes.
Manage the relationships with regional partners for shipping and 3PL distribution services; supporting timely and accurate invoicing and, serving as an escalation point regarding shipping or distribution issues for your region.
Further develop the operational metrics, analyze the data, and implement performance driven improvements for your region.
Collaborate cross functionally and in partnership with the Director of Global Logistics & Distribution for all budgeting, purchasing, accruals and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance within all distribution operations with the inventory management and control team’s principles and processes.
Lead and develop your teams by engaging regularly, creating strong feedback loops and managing their growth and development plans.
Lead your region’s operational compliance with EHS and DG requirements as it applies to the logistics and warehouse functions.
Coordinate with global trade compliance to ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are consistently met; maintaining knowledge of tariffs, duties and regulations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional peers, as well as regional and local Ops teams.
About you:
10+ years of experience working within the EMEA region directly managing logistics operations, strategic planning and distribution operations, with oversight and accountability of service provider performance.
10+ years of work experience managing and guiding a team from hourly to professional level staff including coaching, development and performance management.
Experience with RPQ and RFP processes for regional warehousing and logistics services.
Experience working within an ERP and WMS required (NetSuite a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels across a global organization, including senior and executive level leadership.
High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage deliverables for EMEA regional warehousing and logistics teams.
7+ years of experience managing large scale distribution operations.
Ability to travel to the Distribution Center and 3PLs on a regular basis.
Direct experience establishing and managing operational metrics and KPIs.
