Lime is seeking a dynamic Manager, Pilots Program Management to spearhead our Pilots Program within our esteemed Product team. Reporting to the Head of Product Management for Lime Vehicles, you'll take the helm in orchestrating in-market public pilots of cutting-edge Lime vehicles and features, engaging Lime customers across the globe. As the driving strength behind our Pilot strategy, planning, and execution, you'll oversee a talented team of Pilot Program Managers to seamlessly launch pilots across key regions including North America, Europe, and Asia.

This is a remote role within the US. The person hired into this role is expected to travel at least 6-12 times per year to pilot markets (within the US and internationally)
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end Pilots program at Lime, from planning to execution and beyond.
- Manage a small team of Project Managers providing coaching and guidance around delivering pilots in cities across the globe and handling performance management
- Partner cross-functionally with our engineering, product management, operations, data science, legal, user experience, and other teams to ensure successful pilot program development, launch, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science peers to define and measure success criteria using both quantitative and qualitative data to deliver insights and ensure we are avoiding unintended negative effects for Lime and our customers.
- Partner with Local Operations and Engineering teams to triage issues found in the field, and drive corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to various teams across Lime on Pilot programs, delivering robust Pilot Readouts to senior management at the conclusion of a Pilot.
- Provide hands-on assistance in the field to directly understand how our vehicles impact customers, cities, and operations.
- Define Pilot processes and mechanisms that deliver pilots efficiently at scale while focusing on continuous improvements efforts as we learn and develop this capability.
About you:
- 7+ years experience as a Program Management professional (or similar) with experience dealing directly with hardware products. (e.g. consumer electronics, vehicles, IoT devices, etc.)
- 3+ years people management experience attracting, developing and motivating a team
- Passionate about Lime's mission and micromobility as well as excited about our vehicles and the solutions that we build in our space.
- Customer Obsessed. Demonstrated ability to understand your customer, their experiences, and take action on their behalf.
- Owner’s mindset. You're a self-starter and get things across the finish line. You identify the most important challenges and tackle them.
- Data Driven. You’re comfortable with using data as a way of looking at a problem, and you’re skilled in your ability to pull your own data to analyze and solve a problem
- Drives Clarity. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and are able to bring clarity and drive decisions while setting the strategic direction on a problem that we may not know even exists yet. You look around corners and address challenges before they arise.
- Highly Collaborative. You’re comfortable in a matrixed environment, partnering with stakeholders to build consensus and find win-win solutions.
- Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects.
- Experience managing a customer facing product.
- Experience working on at least 2 of the following product types; (a) physical hardware, (b) electronics products, (c) firmware/middleware, (d) computer vision, (e) Power, battery, or motors (f) Sustainability, (g) software.
- Experience working in global teams
- Live in a city served by Lime.
Preferred Qualifications:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $99,000-$182,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
