The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Contractor to join our
dynamic sales team. The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales
department by streamlining processes, analyzing data, and optimizing sales strategies. This
individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations, drive
revenue growth and maximize sales efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical
skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
· Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide insights into sales activities, revenue, and key performance indicators
· Conduct sales data analysis to identify sales trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
· Provide recommendations to sales management based on data insights to drive sales growth and productivity
CRM Management:
· Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, lead tracking, and opportunity management within the CRM system
· Train sales team members on CRM usage and provide ongoing support for CRM-related inquiries
Sales Training and Enablement:
· Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and deliver sales training programs and materials
· Support sales representatives by providing guidance on sales processes, tools, and best practices
· Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and Knowledge
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
· Contribute to the sales forecasting and budgeting processes by providing accurate and timely data
· Analyze historical data and market trends to assist in setting realistic sales targets and projections
· Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a similar role
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
· Strong experience with Excel (Must Have)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
· Experience in training and enablement is a plus
