Talent Acquisition Partner

Position: Full time

Location: Vaisalantie 2-8, Espoo, Finland

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, sourcing talent that aligns with our values and vision.
Contribute in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the space technology sector.
Communicate efficiently with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective selection processes.
Correspond with candidates, keeping them informed on our decisions and answering questions that may come up.
Follow and keep up to date with policies and relevant legal regulations around recruitment topics.

2. Onboarding

Assist in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped for success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver orientation sessions and training programs.

3. Employer Branding & Copywriting

Craft compelling and engaging content for our employer branding initiatives across various platforms.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that enhance Kuva Space’s employer brand visibility.
Write job advertisements and other recruitment related content that reflects our brand voice and appeals to prospective candidates.

4. HR Assistance:

Support HR with various tasks, including coordination of HR initiatives and projects.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and documentation as needed.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role.
Experience in high-tech recruitments.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Exceptional copywriting skills, with experience in employer branding or marketing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to make quick decisions and work sustainably in a busy environment.
Office presence required (Espoo).
