We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Success Specialist to manage a variety of requests from our Business Development (BD), Product, and Commercial teams. This role requires exceptional organisational abilities, data management skills, and the capability to provide clear communication to all stakeholders. Position: Full time
Location: Vaisalantie 2-8, Espoo, Finland (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer support
Serve as the primary contact for resolving technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Provide regular status updates and deliver data products, snapshots, and summaries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Organizing, prioritizing, scheduling & monitoring
Efficiently gather, track, and summarise requests from customers, BD, and Product teams to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic development.
Monitor the processing chain status, proactively addressing any issues to prevent disruption to service delivery.
Verify data availability and ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
3. Industry expertise
Stay informed of global events and trends to identify high-priority capture opportunities and deliver impactful insights to stakeholders.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of global geography, seasonality, and strategic areas of importance across various industries.
Analyze and distill complex data sources into clear and actionable summaries for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience within the Earth Observation (EO) industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely.
Excellent organisational abilities, adept at managing multiple requests and data streams simultaneously.
Expertise in translating complex information into actionable insights.
Commitment to delivering quality results promptly and effectively.
Fluency in Finnish and English, suitable for direct customer interaction and support.
Basic understanding of EO products and their commercial applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of global geography, current events, and geopolitical dynamics.
Ability to make quick decisions and work sustainably in a busy environment.
