We are looking to expand our team in Innovation Management, and are looking for a Director, Innovation Management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced colleague to join our current team of five.

KSAT is a global information service provider that enables a global satellite industry to get time-sensitive satellite-based data actionable. We are seeking a Director of Innovation Management to systematically explore new areas of growth and explore how to strengthen our offering and market reach in the future.

As Director Innovation Management, you will

• Identify Emerging Opportunities: Scan the horizon for new market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs.
• Foster a Culture of Innovation: Cultivate a culture that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and collaboration.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Assemble and lead diverse teams to transform innovative ideas into reality.
• Develop and Validate New Concepts: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and technical feasibility studies to validate new product concepts.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with industry leaders, startups, and research institutions to accelerate innovation.

To qualify for this role, you should possess

• A strong business acumen: A solid understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and market trend analysis.
• Ability to understand digital product offerings and create strong value propositions.
• A strong knowledge of Ground Network or satellite industry domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
• A strategic mindset: A keen ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• A passion for innovation: A relentless drive to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Strong leadership skills: The ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results, and be able to communicate this to organization, leadership and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Excellent written and spoken English
