Your Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their transition to regenerative agriculture. Win accounts and grow revenue with new customers and within existing clients.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving sales growth in international markets. Own the entire process from outreach to signed deals (and possibly beyond).
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business goals and client needs. Find solutions for insetting customers along their supply chains
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
