SUMMARY

The Senior Technical & Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, IT, technical, and corporate roles, including mid-to-senior and leadership positions. This role partners closely with the Recruiting Manager to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure the organization attracts top talent across both technical and corporate functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies for technical and engineering roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions such as aerospace engineers, systems engineers, software developers, cybersecurity specialists, and program managers.
  • Drive proactive sourcing efforts, including headhunting, talent mapping, and pipeline development for niche and leadership talent.
  • Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, security clearance requirements, and other defense industry regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or Engineering.
  • Proven ability to source and place high-level technical talent.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities for passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting operations and leadership hiring (e.g., Site Managers, Program Leaders).
  • Proficiency with ATS and advanced sourcing tools.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS

  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
