Without the strength of our Human Resources team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a HR Generalist.
As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on HR Generalist, you will have a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role will support various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department and the overall success of our organization.

Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns promptly and facilitate conflict resolution
- Conduct employee counseling sessions when needed
- Support managers in performance management processes
- Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files
- Receive and respond to employee inquiries, corporate requests
- Audit and approve monthly invoices
- Coordinate Open Enrollment, scheduling and communication
- Develop and lead Wellness Program
- Respond to external notifications and inquiries
- Weekly payroll support – time and attendance and reporting
- SOX Compliance: time keeping, hiring, terminations
- Lead ADA/FMLA/Workers Compensation – Administration and Tracking
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits of HR files and documentation
- Claims processing and tracking through Aclaimant claims system
- Lead Return To Work / Modified Duty
- Collaboration with EHS on RCCA
- Redundant support for recruitment, hiring and terminations
- Coordination of information and related activities
- New Hire and Termination administration – HRIS and paperwork
- Process payroll changes and maintain records
- Assist in planning and executing employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
- Support employee communications related to events, policy updates, and organizational initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
