SUMMARY

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Trade Shows to join the Marketing team and support high-visibility, external-facing initiatives that connect the company with customers, investors, and the industry. This role assists with planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and investor engagement activities, providing on-site event support. The position also provides general marketing support across the organization, including merchandise, collateral, reporting, and other marketing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist with planning and executing tradeshows and conferences, including on-site marketing support, logistics, travel coordination, booth layout, shipping, rentals, approvals, and expense reconciliation
  • Coordinate investor and analyst engagement activities with Investor Relations, including tours, meetings, and event logistics
  • Support acquisition integration efforts by helping ensure brand alignment across events, signage, materials, and promotional assets
  • Support digital marketing, internal communications, presentations, website updates, and other marketing initiatives
  • Manage the sourcing, quoting, and procurement of branded merchandise and marketing materials to support marketing initiatives
  • Provide general marketing support across the organization, including merchandise sourcing, collateral coordination, reporting, tracking key results (KR) goals, budget monitoring, and other marketing operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-5+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field, with experience supporting external-facing initiatives such as tradeshows, conferences, or investor/analyst events
  • Willingness and ability to travel for tradeshows, conferences, and company engagements as required
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to support multiple projects, timelines, and priorities across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, website platforms, and social media tools
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
