This makes 2025 a hugely exciting time to join our business and we are looking for new team members that will help us execute on the opportunity now in front of us.
About the role
We’re looking for an Integration Tech to join our growing team working closely with the Integrations Manager and Head of Integrations to support all integrations with third party partners and vendors, both ticketing and API-based. This role will also serve as subject-matter expert and troubleshooting resource for internal teams. This is a very exciting time to join our team, as we gear up to be a global entity in the event and parking space. You'll have the unique opportunity to help scale existing processes while implementing new ideas that support our growing team. This role will be based in the US, ideally in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Tier 2 Troubleshooting, act as the bridge between Support and Success teams
- Assist with onboarding and testing new and existing customer integrations
- Display expert knowledge of our integrations and internal systems
- Monitor the performance and health of client integrations through analyzing data
- Document best practices, client account nuances and help train teammates
- Assist and manage third party barcode uploads and associations in a timely manner
- Manage AYM blackout dates and rate optimization changes
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Support and Customer Success Managers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve integration and testing obstacles
- Maintain processes and provide feedback to internal teams to help build fluid procedures and streamlined projects
- Build and maintain new locations for new and existing clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently with team members across multiple teams and levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency using Excel with common formulas and Pivot tables
- Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently or with a team, and take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a sense of urgency, ability to prioritise competing priorities to deliver results balanced with patience and flexibility to work with other team members
- Highly analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Driven with willingness-to-learn in a fast-moving environment
- Positive and energetic work approach
- Prior project management experience is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Confluence, Asana and Jira is a plus

Our usual interview process
- First-stage - 30-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the People Team to tell you more about JustPark and the role and learn more about your experience
- Second-stage - 45-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the Hiring Manager to get a deeper understanding of your technical skills and experience
- Third-stage - Technical task - to be completed at-home. We always make sure that the task is relevant for the role and as efficient as possible. Our tasks vary in length based on role & seniority but the task wouldn’t take longer than a max. of 3-4 hours to complete
- Final stage - A 1 - 1.5 hour (depending on seniority) final interview with your team. You’d be asked to present your technical task back to the team and you will be asked follow up questions on your approach and thinking & final-interview type cultural questions
