About this role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all Salesforce inquiries, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather and refine enhancements. You will efficiently handle and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. Additionally, you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and lead the development, testing, and deployment of all upcoming support requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
These are some of the key components to the position:
Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries from stakeholders and users.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather and refine enhancements.
Handle and prioritise support requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Lead the development, testing, and deployment of all upcoming support requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Hold certifications such as Platform Developer 1 and additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 2) will be a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, sharing settings, custom settings, etc.
- Experience in customisation & development of SF applications using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
