About this role:
As the Memberships Program Manager, you will drive the operational excellence of our global memberships program. Your goal is to support JET+ becoming the preferred local membership program for customers in our key markets.
Working with the Director of Memberships and senior key stakeholders, you'll coordinate cross-functional activities, facilitate knowledge sharing between established and emerging markets, and support consistent local execution of our membership strategies. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership as you'll regularly present insights and performance updates.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Work with the Memberships director in setting and driving the strategic agenda;
- Coordinate the Center of Excellence for global knowledge and best practice sharing;
- Coordinate and drive forward core program activities between functions and core markets;
- Drive performance monitoring and business reviews across active membership programs;
- Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders and country management teams;
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly business performance reviews for membership teams;
- Drive the development and implementation of standardized playbooks to enable and support fast market execution;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-market learning (e.g. support and organize market membership workshops/off sites for improved collaboration);
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock issues and drive strategic initiatives;
What will you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in a strategy or advisory or PMO role (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, Chief of Staff, or go-to-market role).
- Strong understanding of loyalty and membership programs, consumer behaviour, and local business dynamics;
- Experience in advising executive leaders on strategy, commercial, and operations topics;
- Experience of working in a fast-pace tech environment, food-delivery industry or a marketplace e-commerce businesses;
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to structure programs delivery within a framework that clearly augments financial and operational goals;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions;
- Curious- and action driven mindset, and a result driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs;
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to confidently communicate with JET employees from management to agent, and courier levels;
- A positive can-do attitude and a good sense for pragmatism, being able to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to get a job done;
- Experience in Tableau, Looker, Salesforce and Jira are a plus.
