The Vendor Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing procurement and logistics activities, as well as managing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance across ispace’s vendor network. This role plays a key part in maintaining and strengthening long-term business relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.
Vendor Control Specialistは、ispaceの調達および物流業務、ならびにベンダーのQCD（品質・コスト・納期）管理を担当します。また、国内外のサプライヤーとの長期的なビジネス関係の構築・維持にも貢献していただきます。
Key Responsibilities
- Select and evaluate domestic and international suppliers in collaboration with Engineering and QA teams.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in alignment with project budgets.
- Manage supplier agreements, including NDAs and basic contracts (Terms & Conditions).
- Coordinate with internal legal and accounting teams to ensure proper documentation and control of the purchase order process.
- Issue purchase orders and specifications for components, subcontractors, facilities, software, and other procurement items.
- Monitor key project milestones and ensure timely delivery and payment processing, including conducting kick-off meetings.
- Handle export/import operations for small-scale procurements and support larger transactions, including documentation, export control checks, shipping instructions, and customs management.
- Operate and maintain ERP systems (e.g., data entry, PO support, monthly closing, inventory control).
- Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing collaboration on future projects.
- Support internal audits of SCM processes to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Report directly to manager of supply chain management

- NDA（秘密保持契約）や基本契約（Terms & Conditions）の締結
- 社内の法務・経理チームと連携し、必要なサプライチェーン関連書類の作成および購買プロセスの管理
- 部品、外注業務、施設、ソフトウェアなどの購買仕様書および発注書（PO）の発行
- プロジェクトの主要マイルストーンの進捗管理、納期遵守の確認（キックオフミーティングの実施含む）、請求書処理のタイムリーな対応
- 小規模な調達に関する輸出入業務の実行、および大規模調達のサポート（輸出書類の準備、輸出管理チェック、出荷指示、通関対応など）
- ERPシステムの運用（データ入力・管理、エンジニアのPO発行支援、月次締め処理、在庫管理）
- ispaceのベンダーとの強固な関係構築により、将来のプロジェクトへの継続的な協力を促進
- SCMチームのプロセスに関する社内監査活動の支援とコンプライアンスの維持
- 社内外の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション
- サプライチェーン上の課題解決に向けたチームワークの発揮
- SCMマネージャーへの報告
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
- 3+ Years of experience in procurement / purchasing
- Excellent communication skills, in both Japanese and English.
- Can work in high pace environment
- 調達・購買業務における3年以上の実務経験
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- スピード感がある方
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or any other manufacturing industry.
- Experience negotiating contractual clauses.
- Experience with both domestic and international logistics arrangements
- Experience operating ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Netsuite, etc)
