ispaceではチームの一員として、シニアアカウンティングスタッフを募集しています。主な業務内容は、決算業務、開示書類、会計監査対応、各種税の申告等です。
ispace is looking for a Accounting officer to join our growing team. The tasks include accounting closing procedure, disclosure documents, external auditor, corporate income tax and consumption tax and etc.
***** only candidates currently reside in Japan with valid working visa will be considered for the role. This is not a full remote position ****
メインの職務/Key Responsibilities
- メインの職務
- 連結パッケージ作成・レビュー(月次・四半期・年次)
- 連結調整仕訳入力(月次・四半期・年次)
- 会社法・金商法の開示業務
- 監査法人対応
- 収益認識、原価計算、移転価格プロジェクト等への参画
- その他、会社の業務拡大に併せて必要な会計処理を検討
必須スキル/Basic Qualifications
- 必須スキル
- 5年以上の会計税務の実務経験(事業会社、監査法人問わず、会計基準はJGAAP及びUSGAAP)
- 英語中級程度(海外子会社とのメール、オンラインミーティング、F2Fでの英語使用機会あり)
- 連結決算業務経験
- Microsoft Officeに関する相当程度の知識・経験（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）
- チームワークに長けていること

- 上場会社での経理経験
- 移転価格文書作成や国際税務に関する知識
- 原価計算に関する知識・経験
- 会計システムの導入やExcelによる業務効率化の経験
